Thats the sort of use I think can be okay, still personally not what I would do but extremely different to this peperson

Majority of people don't know how to properly use a stim collar, so it's much better if they don't.
We learned the proper way to use them when our last red tri, Copper, became deaf.
Without it, he would not have been able to enjoy the same freedom that he had experienced during the younger years of his life.

We also don't have those! The only thing we have is some bears and small wolf populations across the country
