Yeah true! I knew about some colors but had no idea about others. Like orange. All his stuff is orange.

Most people see orange collars and think hunting.

Here is one of the articles i found. I was thinking about doing a orange collar but yellow leash.

Thats also what i was thinking most people dont know. I was going to get a harness that said dont approach but then people think they are mean. I just dont want him to get super nervous to the point he bites someone. So maybe a tag on his leash that says ask to approach. My aunt has a pit mix that has a harness that says do not pet because of a incident that happened. We were going to get orange collars for him anyway for hunting.

I don’t know that I’d do ask because then people will think it’s okay to approach him and/or might not ask. I like the do not pet one.

I hate when people just approach without asking and start petting. Everyone in my town and family/frienda ask before petting even if they pet them before.

Yeah that's what I thought. The only way you can get people to ask in my (unfortunate) experience is to put a muzzle
