apparently the dog was never up for adoption because one of the volunteers adopted it as soon as the rescue got the dog, they brought it too the rescue to make videos

and they don’t know how to take care of a saluki

Great. So basically they wanted to frame ethical breeders as bad people, and have doomed this dog to live a life with someone who doesn't know anything about primitive breeds

I think the breeder is taking some sort of legal action, not sure what. hopefully it will equal them getting the dog

Hopefully she does. Not sure what can be done legally, since the binding contract is between the breeder and the ex owner. I really hope the breeder gets the dog back. Also because I know you follow Hayat Salukis, Yay Faza puppies

I recently saw some videos of spaniels doing some sort of hunting thing. Bouncing off into the grass going in a circle bouncing back repeat, which explains some of Pikelet's behaviour which was interesting

seeing the difference between Fanta and Pikelet is also very interesting. What training style works best, how to handle them, what training I need to focus on and their behaviour are completely different. I thought since Fanta is half Lab she would be more similar then she is

No, I didn’t know podenco didn’t mean one breed at that point only found out when looking up a picture for my mother

I'm going to say either Ibizan Hound, or podenco portugues since they both have wire coats is what said person was thinking

there are a few mixes that get imported by recuse that are part podenco thats what I presumed their dog must be, I can’t imagine a pure one looks anything like Fanta . They where saying she was a splitting image of their dog
