I also love tall dogs, I would have loved a great Dane or Irish wolfhound, but they are so short lived, I settled for medium dogs, I have progressively gotten shorter dogs my Dobermann was so tall, her head was level with the table, which she sometimes used to her advantage, like a quick lick over the butter my next dog was shorter, but still tall enough to pet without having to bend my present dog is so short, I have to bend if I want to pet her. She was a kind of misunderstanding, I saw pictures of the litters before her and thought she would grow up to be taller, after she turned 2, I lost hope she’d grow any taller sure, I love her, but after 6 years still have not gotten used to bending to pet her

Larger than Lab lol Bernese Mountain Dog or Newf or Pyrenees etc. lol
