I apologise if I seem slightly rude, but this is not a matter of personal perspective. A dog that is 12 inches is NOT a medium sized dog. A dog that is half an inch (at most) taller than a dog in the toy group, is NOT a medium sized dog

Corgis are up to 30 pounds, that's not close to toy sized.
I have a basset, he's big and short

I didn’t realize they could weigh so much frenchies are small but border collies are not even though they can weigh the same

Also it IS personal opinion because some people consider Labs very large dogs whereas I don’t because I’ve had a 140+ lb dog before. And there’s no rule that says what a small dog is or is not.

Yes but I’m pretty sure she’d feel the same since she has bigger dogs but maybe not idk.
