I don’t like mine wearing collars most of the time but I want to leave the activity trackers on. I looked at the break away collars but I can’t really find any good quality ones, except for 2 expensive ones on Amazon. I can’t even find just the buckle!

I buy our collars from Gundogsupply not the breakaway ones. But a relatives has breakaway ones from there and they lasted for 5 plus years and they worked well.
Im not sure if they would ship to your area though??

The reasons I don't like leaving collars on my dogs is 1) they ruin the dog's fur around their neck and can irritate the dog, 2) they get stinky and have to be replaced more often, and 3) tags or any hard things on the collar are noisy. Both of my dogs are microchipped so if one does escape there is a way to identify the owner.

I’ve never noticed that with Brew except the tags can sometimes be loud but not as loud as I expected lol

I guess he's not old enough. When they've been wearing a collar for long enough their fur is not the same around their necks. My Boxer's neck turned gray just in the area where his collar was. And it gets really nasty with longer-haired dogs.

He’s 3 so it should affect him but hasn’t. And huh that’s interesting

Shipping and import duty will probably be a lot more then the collars

I don’t like it because of how easy it actually is for the dogs to get them stuck somewhere and strangle themselves

I dont have tags on the collars. The collars say the address and everything its a metal plate. Mine are both gonna get microchipped just havent done it yet.
Denvers fur was so wierd because of leaving her collar on as a puppy. Now it grew out. But there was a indent in her fur because of the collar.
