I've never heard of them falling out! I do know they migrate under the skin. Dorie's has moved quite a bit.

There was something sticking out and then later it wasn’t and there was a little blood. Maybe they put it in wrong? Idk.

Brew is microchipped but I’m pretty sure it fell out the first day. I need to have it checked

Don't they check it on a normal basis? The breeder checked right before he came here, and the vet checks it at least yearly

Not here. My vet's only checked it when I asked her to.

Vets don’t really check for it here Which I find strange.

microchips should not be sticking out, I think it’s possible for them to come out if they are not put in correctly. It could have just been a scab
