Oh wow. I need to start watching. But I haven’t been.Ive been watching everything ive ate for almost 2 years. Its hard at first but once you start and get going its easy.
I can't have to much sugar. Or to many carbs. and im lactose intolerant.
MaybeYeeah...it was my first time...Maybe they let other people who do it correctly hold their own dogs. Now they have more staff and they hold both my dogs and muzzle Luna. How much better is it for the owner to hold their dogs during and exam anyway? It seems they would hate me more.

I thought thats how big he was!I had to Google that lol GEEZ that’s big! Nope!
Thats so tiny! You are actually almost exactly spot on lol 73.4.
It will take time! Do you think it would help maybe not to have a goal? Just work on it slowlyYeah same. I feel like I keep gaining not losing![]()
He’s not that tall so that’s probably why lol but he used to be like 57 as an adolescent and in his prime. Talk about tiny lolMaybe, though I look 12-15 years old so I am not sure about that

When you start increasing exercise you will put on more weight as you gain more muscle. which is why I have heard people say its not good to weight yourself (or your dog) too frequently or at all
an idea might be to find fun games to help exercises Brew, you can use most of his food as treats, you can replace other treats he gets and make him have to be active to get his food
-flirt pole
-playing tug
-fetch
might fit into the time you have better (less time needed for more exercise) as well as it might be more fun for you then walking so easier to get motivation to do
-hiding a portion of his food around the house
-there are feeders that have a button to let food out. So you can place the button across the room from the feeder. They are expensive but it might give you an ideas of what you can do that’s similar
-snuffle mats
-those wobbly toys that drop the treats when slapped
-any type of training (sit, down, stand, heel, spin etc)
You can build food motivation! you can also accidentally decrease food motivation tooHe’s not that tall so that’s probably why lol but he used to be like 57 as an adolescent and in his prime. Talk about tiny lol
It might because the goal just makes me feel like we have made no progress at all lol
And that makes sense. Muscle does weigh more lol
He doesn’t like eating his food as treats or working for his food, unfortunately. I’ve tried lol we have some slow feeders which he used to LOVE as a puppy but now he gets annoyed LOL
And the flirt pole we have and do use occasionally but I’ve heard it’s not great for overweight dogs because of all the fast movements and stuff, they can injure themselves apparently. So I’ve tried to put it away until he gets in better shape lol he loves it though.
He loves tug too. And we play fetch a LOT. My dad tries to play with him every day while I’m at club and sometimes I’ll try too when I’m home. Sometimes he’s not interested. And if he is, it’s 1-5 max throws usually.and he won’t usually give the ball up either or bring it back at least not easily lol
I could try that lol he has good food drive for treats just not boring kibbleYou can build food motivation! you can also accidentally decrease food motivation too. decreasing his food might make him a bit more motivated
