Doesn't seem to have spread form instagram or TikTok yet. What's happened is one of the dog trainers who is very well known for abusing and neglecting dogs (he is banned from multiple countries!) but sadly has a lot of followers on social media, made a paid partnership video with impact kennels.
Impact kennels is a brand that makes crates (surprising

) who has worked with a lot of content craters, they have not said anything about this partnership even though they have had a lot of backlash. People have even (people they have worked with too) tried messaging them to ask whether they did actually partner with the dog abuser but impact just sent them a very automated message back that doesn't answer the questions at all
I don't know if this is true but some people are saying that impact is deleting comments and had reposted the dog abusers video in their stories on instagram, they then deleted it later
What makes this all make sense is somebody found a clip from Impact's podcast (?) where they said why the started selling crates. Which turned out to be that there father bought companies (I think thats correct), one was a dog crate company, so the decided to improve the crates while not doing any market research (pretty sure they even said that themselves) and I don't think they even own a dog
