Opinions on if the expensive cooling vests are worth it?

Why does dog gear always have such a massive price range! And nobody really reviews dog gear either, so I never know if the £50 pound things is actually that much better then the £10 one . If there are any reviews, most of them are "oh, this is amazing and perfect! As long as you ignore the quality and any issues it has"
