She sure looks pure. My Shorty you can tell she's a mix. She's built a little different than a pure Boston.

Dorie is also built different than a normal Boston. She's super thin and lanky and has a small head. I know there is a lot of variation, though, especially with backyard bred dogs.

The boston i met at the dog show looks smaller than dorie and definitely has a smaller head

There's a huge variation in the breed. They technically have 3 sizes. Anywhere from 15 pounds to 40 pounds. I've seen all kinds. From small and lanky, to big chunk monsters. Dorie has the pointed ears of a Boston. My Shorty has rounded ears like a French bulldog.

I like Dorie's proportions. She's very athletic looking.

That must be a strange looking Boston. Dorie's head is disproportionately small.

I mean her head is a tad bit smaller. But she seems to have the same body type. And they are special even if not pure

She is a bit strange and very small. Her running agility courses is fun for her she definitely hasthe athletic body.

Yeah, I'm not sure willow is really a pure pyr so that could be it too. The people said she was a pyr but I don't know for sure.
