Oh I’m so jealous!! That sounds amazing!ThanksThat is Lake Illawarra, NSW Australia. I walk along part of the lake each day.
His progress sounds a lot like chases did at his age… I really do think that Tucker will eventually be fine. Chase has never had any dog issues, but besides that they sound very similarWhen Tucker reacts towards people, it’s not aggressively and in the last few weeks he has proven that. He has been pet by more people in the last few weeks than in the last year. He still barks and growls but he also happy growls (at me and people he knows) and his tail is going 100 mph. except if we are walking at night then he does bark and stand stand still. When he sees a dog, for some his hackles raise and his tail moves slowly. But for others he is wagging his tail happily and just barking. Which really it makes me wonder if some of it is excitment he cant control. And others he doesnt want to meet. I want to find a dog for him to meet properly but dont want to set back his training.
AwwwwwwI know this is a dog thread but today i was helping someone out and they had a big fluffy black cat. She said that he doesnt really like strangers and it takes forever before someone can pet him. He walked up to me started licking my hand and immediately purring and nudging it. He was so cute.
Oh my goodness that is so sweet!I couldn't resist sharing this.
