I knew the runs would come eventually for Brew lol poor guy.

Brew is so smart LOL he greeted me with his ball but then he had been sleeping so he was thirsty… so he walks over to his water bowl, ball still in his mouth, head over bowl, looking kind of confused because he did NOT want to drop that ball for anything but he was thirsty. LOL so I said do you want din din? Cause I hadn’t fed him yet either. Then I said if you want water, you’re gonna have to drop your ball, Brew. That little dude walked right into his crate, dropped the ball in there for safekeeping, and then came out and got a drink. Hahahaha then walked back in there and came out with the ball again.

Beautiful!!! I’ve never seen that color border collie before!

They say it is sort of rare not only his color but his coat's texture.
I had only seen pictures on line of one until we got Riley.

I noticed the texture as well. Definitely different!

I took Brew to the town landing/boat ramp at the end of the street earlier for his birthday walk instead of our usual super short walks around the corner or barely down the street LOL

My dad also gave him a big raw bone for his birthday LOL

He spent like an hour working on it.

Now he is tired and has been sleeping for a while because of going on the longer walk and then working on his bone LOL

Plus I took him on the marsh to sniff around this morning before the walk too.

I got myself some new footwear LOL

Waterproof hiking boots and then waterproof hiking shoes.

So now I can choose if I want the boots or basically sneakers LOL

And this is relevant to dogs because one of the pairs specifically mentioned “dog hiking” as a purpose in it’s description LOL

I got them on MAJOR sale too LOL
