Hello!! Welcome!Hey!
That’s awesome! I wish I didn’t live so secluded so I had more of a chance to be around other dogs. I very rarely walk by people walking their dogs on walks. That’s great she is able to do so good around a crazy dog! Yes scent work!!!Day 2 of getting back in the swing of things!
Went back to the pet store, was kinda busy which I liked for training. She was absolutely awesome. I brought her e collar and did some recall but still on the 30 ft line, she did perfectly besides being a tad slowwe also heeled on the 30 ft line, just holding the end in case and she did great on that too. We basically worked on the same stuff as yesterday. The only issue we had today was during our heel work an extremely wild dog that's "not aggressive just excited" according to the owner(who was using all her strength to hold it back while it lundged, batked and growled at us)was going nuts, we just deverted. It did take her attention a bit but she was able to get back on track pretty well. I'm really proud of her.
Tomorrow we will might take a break from the public training and start scent work.
