Yeah seems silly. Would help with so many unnecessary confrontationsI don't understand why a service dog handler wouldn't want to vest because it just causes less problems and questioning for them. But thats just personal opinion.
I mean yeah true, but it's just one more thing, the vest.I kind of understand because sometimes I don’t want to put all Brew’s gear on. It’s a lot sometimes. 3 collars (though one he wears all the time) plus the leash. And then if we walk at night or in the rain or cold, he is in his reflective vest or raincoat or winter coat. Plus I wear a reflective vest at night too. We both do. So it’s kind of a lot every single time. So I get it in a way LOL

Especially since I’ve seen teams with vests, prongs or e collars, fancy thick collars, goggles, booties, etc. LOLI mean yeah true, but it's just one more thing, the vest.
Yeah true I forgot to consider that. I don't think it should be mandatory to be vested by any meansTrue but even that could be a lot if they’re physically disabled or really depressed one day or whatever LOL yeah, it’s just one more thing, and I agree would make things easier, but for some it might be a lot. That'd just be hard to keep pet dog people from using a certain colorMaybe a special color collar?
