Dog Vomiting w/Diarrhea **Update Pg 2**

My daughters pit hound mix had the exact same thing about a year ago. Our vet thought parvo also, test was neg. She gets her yearly vaccinations. We did the same thing you are doing and she was fine. It was really scary for a couple of days.
Mocha sounds like a very lucky dog and well loved.

Tuesday finally!! We have a 12:15 appt. with our vet. She did not eat anything yesterday and continued to vomit about every 3 hrs. She has not been sick since 12:08am. My son has wrote it all down to the minute, lol. This morning she had ice cubes and then two hrs. later I followed it with some white rice w/ a tblsp. of beef consomme', which has gelatin in it. She still has diarrhea. Scared herself when she passed air, lol. Retraction on skin is good so she's not dehydrated and gums look good and color comes back good. She looks to be perking up a bit and went for her morning walk. I will update when we get back from the vet. Thank you again for the well wishes.

I have always given our dogs pepto bismal for tummy upsets. Clears it up good. Let us know what the vet says.
