The ASPCA has one, but I frequent Petfinder. There are forums on there too. I belong to a Foster Dogs group too.

What kind of dog? Or if you are interested in a particular sport or dog behavior in general? There are some pretty good ones out there.

Specifically German Shepherds but just doggie questions in general as we also have mutts.
