Lol it's true. He really is obsessed with me. He mopes when I leave and is anxious when I do things he can't participate in. He has a bad history(found his own way to the shelter, near death from abuse and neglect) and just associates me with safety i guess? It's the purest relationship in my life.

That's adorable and I'm really happy that some people actually adopt animals that were abused. And I wish my dog liked me even a little bit but he's obsessed with my mom. lol

Yeah I don't really believe there are "bad" dogs. I worked at a no-kill shelter for a while in the large dog section. Lots of pitbulls that were deemed un-adoptable for various issues. It was amazing seeing 90% of them turn into loving trusting family dogs. The other 10% still deserved love and just needed a specific situation, like maybe no dogs or no kids at the home. It's incredible what dogs, and really animals in general, can bounce back from.

First pic is Sonny, 5 yr old Mutt. Amazingly good with the chickens and chicks! I also believe he might be a BMC mix, personality sure matches.
Second is Ava, 13 yr old Mutt. She is my princess.
Third is Chica, 8 yr old English Mastiff. She was an AMAZING companion BYB that tossed her due to not being able to breed anymore. Undiagnosed HW, diabetes and cancer. Somehow kept her alive, healthy and happy for the best 2.5 yrs. I miss her dearly
Last are my 15 yr old Jack Russell Terriers. They passed shortly after this pic was taken. They we really fun (yet terrors!) to live with. I miss them tremendously too.

Is Penny an all black mini pinscher

I have no idea. She was a rescue. the pound said she was a beagle pomeranian mix- but I can't see any beagle. she looks like a miniature black lab to me. She is fat and still only weighs 16 lbs.
