Gotcha. BTDT with some toy dogs I've had over the years, it's not easy. If you can't confine them, the belly bands won't work in your situation and you don't want to make them stay outside.... I got nothing else, sorry!

Muddy said they wouldn't because the dogs are left alone to free range in and out. Of course they would work while someone was home to let them in and out and take them off and put back on. I know some people that have had great success with belly bands.
