Same here...my poodle is 9 years old. Tell HIM he's neutered! Ugh...it's downright emberassing! He's all over my poor Shih Tzu..even when she's NOT in heat.

My old guy (11) still tries to get his happy on every now and then and he has been neutered. Most days now its just the warm sun and a breeze that will do it for him. If my Malinois female (who I affectionally call Bagatha) didn't snap her teeth at him every time he looked sideways at her he would probably see if he still had it in him with her as well.

On a seperate note I had a greyhound that had been neutered but every time he got "happy" it looked like he still had his testies but on the inside. Could that be what you are seeing?
