Dominique hen or roo? (pics)

It might be early to tell for sure, but our lovely 4 1/2 week old Dominique acts pretty 'cocky' and has a more developed comb than the rest of the girls. She does have that shaded tone on the front of her legs which some claim it means she's a hen... but we're not sure.

I don't know people; I think dominique might be a she...
I took her back to the feed co. and the lady (who would happily take back my roo/hen) said that she was almost sure it's a girl.
She's not really acting bossy, and her legs have a nice dark shade.

Hmmm.....

I kind of have a hard time dissagreing with Specklehen and her +26000 posts, but...i have hope....
