Dominique sex and mystery chick - help!

I have two separate questions, the first regarding a dominique chick from Meyer Hatchery. The chick was sent as a pullet, but I would almost swear that "she" is a little roo! Can someone get "pullet" out of this one? Would a hatchery make a mistake on a breed so easily sexed?

I accidentally pushed enter! Here's my second question. I have a chick sold to me as a black australorp. She is almost 3 weeks old, and is looking nothing like my other australorp chick. Can anyone tell me whether she's an australorp? She is the one in the front who has the longer tail. She is larger and more fully featheres, yet the other is the same age.

With that headspot and dark legs, your dominique looks like a pullet.

Both of your 3 week old chicks look like black australorps to me. Mine didn't all feather in at the same rate either.
