Don Roberto Feed for Hens and Rooster?

I've seen this Don Roberto Feed at my local feed store and was wondering if this would be good feed for my hens and a rooster?

Would this be good feed for the hot desert summer?

More helpful to post the nutrition panel on it.

That said, I don't think there's really any such thing as a feed that's "better" in hot climates - if it's a nutritionally adequate feed then it should be fine.
