Don't buy live animals for Easter!

Our local co-op gets chicks in a week before easter. It frustrates me. Here in Alabama, most people are already raising chicks by April, so selling chicks by easter is a little late but they do it because of easter.

A long time ago I bought 2 ducks from the pet store for Easter. They were much loved and I had them for many years. Not everyone who buys pets for Easter is irresponsible.
