Top is a rooster, bottom is a femaleView attachment 1044783 View attachment 1044782 Any ideas on these two? I'm pretty sure they're both 7-8 weeks, now counting back.
Thanks! This is how she looked when we found her, looked a bit beat up. But she is looking good and healthy now! Have a great day! Thanks for the responses!Yes! Welcome to Backyard Chickens!
Yes, my suspicions confirmed. I've been hearing some squawky crowing from the coop, and the rest are looking and acting pretty female, and he's always been a bit bigger, and silkies are difficult so might as well. Thank you! Now my hens will have a protector!Top is a rooster, bottom is a female
Either white d'uccle or white cochin. Very BEAUTIFUL whatever he/she is!View attachment 1044823 I got my broody the last chick at the feed store since she was determined to be a mother. They were a little unsure of the breed, but I *think* it's a white d'Uccle. Any thoughts? She had long feathers on the middle toe, but another chick pulled them off!
Looks like a roosterView attachment 1044806 Any ideas? Same age - ish
