No way to really tell. You can get a rough estimate based on how well they lay eggs, but those don't look like they are healthy enough to lay. They could be 6 months old, or they could be 5 years old. No way to tell from pictures.

Update:
ONE of mine laid their first egg yesterday. Not sure which one since I'm still unsure about the sex of my RIR. If I had to guess, I'd bet on the sex link since she looks more mature than my Dominique. It was a brown egg so it could have been either. Anyone have an suggestions on how to tell which one is laying?

I think I know, but thought I'd check in with the experts again. Just a reminder he hatched third week of March buff Orpington from rural King
