OK I have a jersey giant that doesn't have much comb or waddles, in fact the English Orpington has way bigger and I'm sure the ORP is a rooster and the Wyandottes are pullets. I just feel like the blue Jersey doesnt look much like a boy except I feel like it has saddle feathers. Although I'm not very familiar with the breed. Sorry for the picture overload I wanted to get a good one but the others kept getting in the way lol and the last one is the English orptington he is for sure a he :) these are all 7 weeks and the Jersey is 8 weeks old.

I don't see any Jersey Giants pictured. And the birds pictured look more like they are at least 4 months of age. I see one Splash Orpington pullet. The one you are calling an English Orpington is a mixed breed (feathers on the legs) and has very obvious male specific feathering, indicating he is well over 8 week of age.

Sooo 3 month old birds have no feathering on the backs or bottoms? This is the same birds august 28th the day after I brought them home. I never put them under a heat lamp. Maybe she had her hatch days off?

The blue is a Jersey giant. I paid a lot of money for the blue black splash English ORP and it is out of show birds so I'm gonna kindly disregard the mixed breed comment. He has some tiny feathers On the legs and I've seen them on ORP s before, I'm not gonna show it. and im not questioning the breeds, i trust the breeder.
