Not a spitzhauben, could be a cochin. A bit young to be sure.

They're looking like pullets to me. But please post again in a few more weeks just to confirm. Also, your mystery chick looks like an Easter egger, or maybe some sort of crossbreed.

The first is a polish, the second is a cochin. They look around 1 month old to me.
