Don't know what breed or gender you have? Click here!

She was pretty camera shy, but here are some pics of my hen Agate. She has the distinction of being my biggest hen, and the one with the fluffiest bloomers. Very similar shape to my silver-laced wyandotte, but her legs are definitely not yellow--more of dark grey/slate color, and her comb is flat and smooth. Local feed store called them blue wyandottes, but I'm sure it's possible they are some kind of mix--probably not the breed standard. But they are very pretty.

I believe my girl will look just like yours. Probably some kind of mutt Wyandott which is perfectly fine with me! Thanks for the pictures!

Hi there - first time chicken owner here :)

I have recently adopted 2 black marans and 1 golden-laced wyandotte. They are 3 months old, and and I was told they were all pullets. However, I'm suspicious about the GLW.
Her hackle feathers look straight-ish, and sometimes when she's chasing the other two she brings them forward (like a lions mane). I don't know if this is normal for both males and females. Her tail feathers also seem to be elongating and curling. No crowing yet.. but maybe she/he's too young? Can someone help me determine is she is in fact a she? Thanks

Looks like a cockerel

Do you know what this bantam is? At first I thought it was a Golden seabright rooster but I don’t think so as it continues growing. It’s about 6 or so weeks old. Came with some I ordered as a “surprise”

I have a blue something that I got from a feed store in mid-March. I was so excited about getting the chicks (4 different kinds), that I didn't write down the name. Well, I have no idea what she is. I can't match up the comb (pea), legs, (slate), and face (red)View attachment 1784520 View attachment 1784521 View attachment 1784522 for any particular breed. I posted somewhere else but then found this thread. Thanks in advance for any help!
Blue wyandotte. Also, that's a rose comb, not a pea.

Could you get a picture of its saddle feathers?

This is another of my daughters chickens. She has lamented that all of the chickens she picked out turned out to be boys. This one is 11-12 weeks old, I assume boy, but what breed is this bantam?

Hi kaylor would you be able to help me. Mine are 8 weeks old.
