Don't know what breed or gender you have? Click here!

I have a 10 week old easter eggar not sure if perigrin we call it id A miss or mr
Looks like a boy :)

I can't tell which hen is our Barred Rock and which is our Dominique. I can tell them apart; (they're named 'Lily' and 'Char'), but I don't know who is which breed, only that we have one of each. What are some differentiating factors? Only one has her comb.

This is my first year with chicks. Having difficulty figuring out the breed and sex of this 10 week old bantam chick. It's half frizzled silkie......possibly part D'anvers or Buttercup??? Not sure if it's a pullet or a cockerel. Trying to tell what kind of comb this is or is going to be??? Any help would be appreciated.

Cockerel. He's just a mix. Looks like a rose comb.

Figures I'd get that wrong...

Still would be seeing the single come of Plymouth Rock on chicks first though.

Yes, the single comb will be more obvious.
