I was offered these bantams but the owner doesn't know the breed. Please help identify!

The white is a white cochin, the last is a red star

Maybe a booted bantam? Or a Cochin or D'uccle? It's now 6.5 weeks. I'm thinking pullet since it's feathered so fast and no wattles or comb development and both breeds tend to develop early.

That too! No vulture hocks, no beard. I hope she gets all fluffy and Cochin-y.
