I believe they can lay a number of colors includeing brown, blue, green, ect.I'm not sure who is laying the light tan/brown egg (bottom of my hand). Is there anyway this could be my EE hen? Do they ever lay brownish eggs?
Looks like a Rhode Island Red.View attachment 1097222 Can anyone help identify this pullet? She was my Meyer meal maker and is about 5 weeks old. She is standing on the food dish. I'd say she looks more red/orange than the photo portrays.
