Don't know what breed or gender you have? Click here!

Spurs don't indactae roo till older older age.
Hens can have sports too.
Yes I do know this but with them being the same age and breed and differ from each other so much then the other has to be a rooster! They were both hatched the same day! Him and my other rooster don't get along and I have plans for my jersey giant rooster when I was hoping that everyone else were hens!

Here are more pics of her

Most likely to confirm though I need 2 things age and pics
Of him standing (closeup)and his hackle and saddle feathers

He is the color crele (most likely not positive) Females look different.
Bigger comb.

You won't need to separate from hens to not have chicks. As long as you pick up eggs daily and don't let a broody hen sit on them....you won't have chicks. You can always eat eggs of hens whether there are roosters or not. You just will have chicks if the eggs hae been fertilized by a rooster and a broody hen sits on the eggs for 21-23 days:)

That won't be killing any developing chicks will it? I also worry about mating as I've heard it's pretty rough on the hens.

There are gentle and non gentle roos
Bigger ones tend to rougher as they are heavier and mind this...fall of the hens backs

Yes the hens backs can get feather pulled out to a point of bareness.but that's what a saddle or apron is for.

These are 15-16 weeks(first pic)! The other one is 18-19 weeks (last pic)
