They look like the leghorns I got from TSC. But our TSC gets their chicks from Townline.

They look just like the ones I got. I was told they were Tetra Tints. Got them in NC.

My son was given 12 assorted chicks from Big R last year. They came from Privett. They were straight run. One was a meatie. It bacame obvious early on. Huge legs, and it did not act like the other chicks. It just laid in front of the food and ate. When it walked, it looked like Franken-chicken. It quickly outgrew its down and was mostly naked. It had to be separated from the other chicks, because its bare flesh was getting picked. Despite being allowed to walk on carpet and PT it became unable to walk and was culled. Why Privett would included a meatie in a mixed bag bunch of straight run chicks is beyond me. Oh, and they were 75% cockerels. Bad experience for my young son who would hold a content Sunny on his lap.
