The Declaration of Independence states:

Agree or disagree, you could at least use the full, accurate quote.

But the truth is, is that, our challenge is to get people persuaded that we can make progress when there’s not evidence of that in their daily lives. You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. So it’s not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.​

Secondly, you might want to consider the definition of the term Despotism:
"Despotism is a form of government by which a single entity rules with absolute and unlimited power, and may be expressed by an individual as an autocracy or through a group as an oligarchy."

Which in no shape or fashion describes our current state of Government. If the majority of the Citizens of the US felt that we needed to completely change the Government then we would need to vote in the appropriate Senators and have it changed would be one way to go about the issue.

Until we are in a situation where votes are no longer taken, one of the Branches of government abolishes the other two and rules by fiat, or the Government starts quartering armed Soldiers in US homes, I do not think that the situation is even remotely comparable to the Revolution.

And advocating the overthrow of the US Government is Treason - not a constitutional right.

I belive your are in the Minority. Most people don't want the health care bill unless you are already getting your hand outs from the Goverment.
