Don't understand what's going on with my Hen HELP!!

Dolce, my Rhode Island she might be 4-5 yrs old, as been sneezing since I got her in 2012, but lately Dolce as stopped laying eggs she as lost weight, her beak is growing longer on both top and bottom, her comb as fallen to the side, the skin around her eyes is pale, she had diarrhea. She was laying eggs every other day back in the spring, but she started laying paper eggs and no shell eggs. My two other hens have stopped laying egg in june and haven't really done anything since then. I found some lash eggs a week or two ago. Channel one of my hen is molting again, and my black Sex Link Cabana is gainning weight but no egg laying. Don't know what to do... help!!

Hope I have the right place. We just received 6 hens & a rooster. 2 died with in the first 3 weeks, got that stopped. They laid about 6 eggs the first 4 days, than 1 in the past 4-5 weeks. Heard they needed 14 hours of light, so i set this up 2-3 weeks ago, on in the morning just before sunrise and again couple hours at night making up about 14 hours. Nothing!
 
Wow three years is a long time to be sneezing - poor girl. obviously she is run down and in poor health. Have you ever wormed your flock, or treated for mites/lice? I would imagine Dolce has stopped eating and that is why she is so thin. Have your other birds been keeping her away from the feeder or bullying her? She is probably at the end of her laying days or her poor health has brought that about.

Do you feed layer food when they are actively laying? Do they have crushed oyster shell in a separate container so they can eat if they need it? You may want to post her symptoms in full detail at "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread.
 
No that's the thing Dolce eat like a pig!!! She will be jumping in that bowl when I fill it. Then she goes around the yard looking for bugs, I always though her sneeze was some type of allergies it will come and go. When she as the sneeze she usually looks good the skin around her eyes is bright red...

As for the food I mix her laying pellets, with a 5 grain scratch and I add oyster shells to all that.
