It's dark here and thunder still rumbling. I was hoping to get another walk in tonight but ain't happenin. May have to settle for low impact. and do my PT routine with my exercise tubing thrown in for good measure.

I have to do something to work off the guilt I'm feeling for indulging in no cook cheese cake tonight. No desert here since my birthday last month so I feel justified...a bit.
