12 rounds of 1 min work 30 sec rest

1st set, 4 rounds of each:
50 double unders
10ea Dead lifts @ 95lbs, 185, 185, 205 (these were touch and go, keep bar moving)
10 bicep curls each side @25 lbs

2nd set, 4 rounds of each:
1 min bag
50 double unders
5 dead lifts @ 225 (these were individual, rest after each lift)

Finishing with a 7 min ab workout with my buddy Jeff and a few stretches. 😁
Full disclosure, I posted this while I was waiting for my ab video to load and my shop wifi went full retard, so I ended up doing some crunches, side plank leg circles and stretches. Hardly qualifies as a Jeff Cavalier workout, but it was something.
