I like her a little more each day.Ok just did the day 8 arms and day 9 abs. Modified the arms exercise for my knees by kneeling on a rolled up yoga mat. The Pilates woman is starting to grow on me since I’ve lowered my expectations of myself a bit![]()

The best things that I ever did for my knees is to never do squats and I got a lift chair.I don't know how old your knees are but if they are near mine's age, I would not kneel for the video if I were you.
