My knees aren't jacked up yet but it does hurt to kneel on them.The best things that I ever did for my knees is to never do squats and I got a lift chair.

My knees are pretty beat from treadmill jogging while young and clueless but I made a nice cushion for them and that made it fine. I am 54 years old but my knees are olderI like her a little more each day.
I keep finding myself scrolling through her videos when it comes time to pick.
Every time I do a search for 5 minute workout blah blah blah she's the first one that pulls up.
I wonder if she's the most popular one or she's the only one.
I don't know how old your knees are but if they are near mine's age, I would not kneel for the video if I were you.

Woohoo! Pain is weakness leaving the body!!Okay, I'm done! I did day 9, and I also redid the videos from day 7 and 8. Everything hurts now.
