I'm going to mention the rest day. I believe it was @sdm111 that brought up that muscles actually build and repair during rest days. The active rest day does not include sitting on your ass eating ice cream, but it should be a day where you give your body time to repair. Take a walk, do a long stretching session, or something like that. Rest days are important to doing this right. Don't leave them out.

Thanks @tripletfeb!! I just figured out how to get to Google sheets….I’ve never used it before.

Make today your day everyone!
Set up a free Google account (Gmail) asap.
The Google stuff (sheets, docs, slides) is very handy.
Once you set it up I'll give you access to this Google sheet so you can check off your own boxes.

If anyone else here that's playing along once access let me know.
But you must know what you're doing so you don't accidentally screw up my sheet because If you accidentally screw up my sheet I will click the delete you button.
 
@Kiki I've done over 200 desk pushups so far today. Normal pose, diamond, and reverse.

They're going to give you hell all day if they see you working out again.
Yeah twice. One that eats out fast food every day that shakes his belly at me if I talk or eat healthy stuff. The other is older & his body has been letting him know he needs to be healthier. His response was "I should probably do some of those"
 
Did a reasonable length walk this morning.

One of my favourite spots. There's a large population of Fallow deer in the area, I often see weasels running around as well. It's nice to get some fresh air and see the local wildlife whilst doing a bit if exercise.
Morning walks are nice as there's no one else around. No ankle nipping pugs either.

Just finished 30 minutes of mild cardio with my reflex ball, it throat punched me ☹️.

I did a couple of lateral lunges but my form was bad because my back feels funny, I'm not sure if it's because i had a kitten sleeping in the small of my back or if it was the goat that jumped on me or the fact that I'm sleeping on a new mattress. I'll do some arm work tonight.
