Toning and building are two very different things (I'm going to use core for example but this goes for all muscle groups). If you don't have abs or core strength you break down your muscles and then let them rest, this is building. If you have abs and core strength but you also have some fluff covering them up then you workout everyday, you don't tear up your muscles you do light weight repetitive excersise and cardio.

You can mix endurance and strength muscles. I want endurance muscles in my arms, core and legs. I want strength muscles in my glutes and inner thighs. I do extra everyday but I do different types of extra for different muscles for different outcomes.

I'm assuming you are doing a bridge in this picture? Add weights to a bridge to make it really effective. Put them on your hips, going vertical. Hold at the top, pointing the weights to the ceiling. Very effective
 
Did a reasonable length walk this morning.

One of my favourite spots. There's a large population of Fallow deer in the area, I often see weasels running around as well. It's nice to get some fresh air and see the local wildlife whilst doing a bit if exercise.
Morning walks are nice as there's no one else around. No ankle nipping pugs either.

I don't know the correct names to everything yet... But this was some pose in the video from today.
