I get it, and I agree. But I've dealt with many people who believe that their weight doesn't match what it should, despite it being healthy. Just setting a reminder for those people that they are beautiful no matter what the scale says.Calm down...

I did this for a while, didn't shrink my waist one bit but I certainly gained muscle.Look into doing some planking. Low impact & builds core strength.
