Yup! I find it easier to get the workout done between breakfast and lunch then worry about doing it later. I tend to put it off if I wait to do it

I'm making it now boss.
I went for a walk at about 6:30 this morning in the forest. Got lost. Saw the same tree about 5 times.
Was good for the old legs though.
I am a big fitness enthusiast, I am studying to become a registered dietitian. I use my youngest child as my weight, he's a bit over 50 lbs now. I did 20 squats holding him and 20 curls 😁
I miss the gym, this pandemic has to end someday, right?

... Keeks, that's the time stuff that I use (well, when I'm writing, at least, which encompasses most of the times that I need to mark the time of something).

I suppose one of the most obvious ways for someone to loose weight is to eat healthy. Last night my instacart shopper brought me forty five bananas, so if you’re in need of a healthy snack just stop by my place and I can hook you up with one.
