Was there a specific thing that I was supposed to do? I just did ten push-ups, five squats, a few stretches, and a thirty-second plank.
Also tried to hold the Conan pose for more than a second, and was very well introduced to the carpet in the process.
I'll try to do another set of all those in a few minutes.

The first post in this thread has links to all four day's exercises. I will post tomorrow's video there in post #1 tomorrow morning.
I will also post tomorrow's video in a post here in the thread whenever I wake up and do it.


I cannot even count how many times I have already said this.

But you do not have to do the exercises that I do that are linked in post number one if you don't want. You can do whatever you want as long as it is something extra.
Not regular everyday stuff that you already do. It has to be extra.


I just got finished doing the thigh video again. 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
