Yes it's an 'uh' sound. Most people say 'Evangeline' or 'Angeline' or 'Angelina' but they never say 'Evangelina' 😂. I've even had people call me Evelyn...so I just tell people to call me Eve.
My grandmas name was evangeline and she always went by Eva publicly but to us she was Mammaw Tootie (not sure where the nickname originated but both had nicknames used by friends and family)

1 min work 20 sec rest 12 rounds
60 double unders
1 min bag
20 crunches, air squats (10 1st round, 20 each round after)

Next I alternated between bench and clean and jerk in sets of 5. Bench sets were:
1 @ 115lbs
4 @ 125lbs
4 @ 135lbs
1 @ 145lbs
Finished with a single at 165

Clean and jerks were all @ 95lbs. All but the first set were touch and go. Haven't really tested the shoulder with much overhead work yet, but it felt fine. 👍

5 minutes of stretches and I'm done.

I need to look at upping the Du's, I'm getting my groove back and 60 unbroken is pretty normal, which gives me almost a minute rest, which I love, but don't deserve, lol.

I forgot to bring socks today, so did my workout barefoot, which is typical for kickboxing, but the first time I've done it for a while. I forgot how great it is. Then I saw bits of glass from a broken florescent tube and remembered why, lol. Spent 5 minutes sweeping around the mat.

Sorry these are so long and irrelevant, I'm using it as a bit of a diary. I usually write my workouts on a white board and erase them when I start the next one, but I've been doing this instead.
I use a white board too and then photo it

I’m guessing @The Moonshiner could and probably carries more than 1 bag at a time
Lol oh I can and do too often. Usually when I'm helping the idiots load it or with horse feed at work but at home Moony is all about mind over muscle.
I have one of those bigger gorilla carts that can carry 350 lbs. I usually throw 7 or 8 bags in it and drag it to the barn. That's still a leg workout.
I do the one hand open it, toss it in the air, catch it and pour in bins mostly while I'm trying to put up feed and talk to Overo on the phone at the same time.
Females, always making life more difficult.

I got a collapsible cart for multi-purpose use (camping, boating, yard stuff) mostly because I was too cheap to just replace my wheelbarrow. It is definitely a workout to navigate it around to the shed especially when it’s loaded down

I used to as well 👍. I quit because my programming is "close enough," and I originally did it to save workouts to redo again later, but never did, lol. I also have spreadsheets for lifting. When I was paying attention to numbers I was a little more focussed and diligent.
