I used to as well 👍. I quit because my programming is "close enough," and I originally did it to save workouts to redo again later, but never did, lol. I also have spreadsheets for lifting. When I was paying attention to numbers I was a little more focussed and diligent.

Mine was Sonny except to grandkids and we called him Pappaw Fuzzy (I do know the origination of that one 😂)

I had a grandpa Sonny too. ♥️ We also called my grandma grandma Sonny. She is still kicking and will be 100 in just over a month! I haven't seen her for 18 months, since she's been incarcerated in a nursing home. 😠
 
Sorry I've been off the grid since Sunday - just got back from a road trip for work late last nite. I skipped Sunday workout but definitely did extra Mon, Tues, Wed as I did field surveys from about 7am - 6:30 or so every day walking, hiking, lugging stuff, and sometimes not even taking lunch break. But the scenery was awesome at Fools Hollow State Park and Lyman Lake State Park in Arizona and we avoided most of the downpours from monsoon storms.

Probably taking today off to recover. Back to workouts tomorrow.

I got a collapsible cart for multi-purpose use (camping,boating,yard stuff) mostly because I was too cheap to just replace my wheelbarrow. It is definitely a workout to navigate it around to the shed especially when it’s loaded down
Ya in the winter I have a homemade stand thing that holds a 35 gallon barrel on its side. I put it in the cart and fill it with water. Have a flexi rubber connect attached to it and then to a piece of pvc pipe with a valve. I use that a lot to tote water to everone when garden hoses are froze.
it's fun dragging through snow and/or mud.
