Meal tracking is always a good idea. Also write down how you feel after you eat something, you'll notice a pattern. I'm by no means great at eating great but trying everyday!I'm starting a new book too.

EDIT - 7 are about 2 weeks old and 3 are 4 weeks old. --- My first time hatching my own! I've just started putting them outside all day over the last week. How old are your chicks?
I've been trying to tell my dad that there are foods that can help your mood - he's in a low place. I have an old book by a doctor called something like Food is Medicine. I think there are many layers of tools to help our attitudes that we should try before taking more synthetic measures... exercise, good food & a lot of water, sunlight, trusting God (this is first in my book), and so much more. I do believe in miracles - but no miracle diets!Lol.
It's not pushing a veggie diet.

Doesn't that feel good- the thought of a workout getting easier and getting stronger!I finished day 14. I also did day 3 abs. It was actually a little easier for me to do this time. I think I might be getting stronger.
Definitely!Doesn't that feel good- the thought of a workout getting easier and getting stronger!
Beachbody has a quote I like. "It doesn't get easier, you get stronger!"Doesn't that feel good- the thought of a workout getting easier and getting stronger!
