I did extra with my feeding today by refilling the 5 gallon monster and have done over 10 minutes hooping. Getting ready to start on laundry pile in the bedroom for at least 2 hours extra activity today.

Bench 1st round 10@ 95lbs, next 4 rnds 15@ 115lbs
1 minute bag

Carried on with bench, sets of 3:
1 @ 125 (set of 5)
1 @ 145
1 @ 155
1 single @165 then back down with sets of 3
2 @ 135
5 @ 125

A few stretches, a quick shower and out the door to visit friends.

Done. And...
I tried that trick of putting coffee and a drop of vaillia in some lotion as a self tanner.
I wanted to see if it actually did anything but I wanted to do it on a day I wasn't going to go anywhere in case it looked bad or it rubbed off on stuff or whatever.
I can't say it was a significant difference just a slight bronzing effect. But I'll have y'all know
I smell FREAKING amazing right now..
Man. I could really go for a cappuccino. Rofl!
