Active recovery day for me too. I am looking for my foam roller and red light "healing" belt thing. I have bought a lot of equipment over the years, but never actually put together a gym. I think it's time, I bought this thing like 3 years ago and haven't assembled it... Yeah I know. It's definitely time. Going to do sunset Tai Chi with Family tonight.

(On a positive note, I have gained 4 lbs, but my fancy scale says 3 lbs are muscle! My hubby also says my arms are looking ripped, he is stepping up his game now too.)

Where did you get that fancy scale? I would love features like that! And good job on the muscle💪

Putting together a Gym is a GREAT IDEA - everyone should think along those lines - if you have equipment, then we can put it all in one place. Set ourselves up for success!
